DUE DILIGENCE AND ONBOARDING

After consultation, thorough due diligence is carried out on the individual or the company as part of Know-Your-Customer (KYC) / Know-Your-Business / Anti-Money Laundering (AML). You will be guided on which documents are required for this process.

DIGITAL TRANSACTION PROCESSING

You will be onboarded to a digital platform and assigned a unique User ID, which you will use for every transaction following a clearly defined process.

TURN-AROUND-TIME – It takes 24 hours to effect or complete an entire transaction after the Client provides the proof of payment. It is therefore prudent to ensure that funds are deposited early and proof of payment is provided on time to avoid delays.
